Joining & Membership
- Do I need to book? No — just turn up. First-timers, arrive 10 min early.
- Wait list? We don’t run a wait list. If classes are busy, we add more sessions.
- Class size? Up to ~30 per class (we open extra classes when needed).
- Membership options?
• All-Access: $40/week (or $35/week on 6-month)
• Boxfit 101: $30/week (or $25/week on 6-month)
• Kids (8–13): $20/week (2 classes/week) - Casual visits? Ask at reception — availability depends on the session.
- Free trial? Available for most classes except 301 (invite-only). Ask us first.

Classes & Timetable
- Boxfit 101 (beginners/fitness): Skills + conditioning. Friendly + tough workout.
- Boxing 201 (intermediate/corporate): Technique, controlled drills, optional sparring readiness.
- Boxing 301 (fighters): Registered/competing fighters, invite only.
- Kids (8–13): Footwork, coordination, discipline, fun + fitness (2 sessions/week).

- Age limits? Kids 8–13; Adults 14+ (parental consent if under 18).
Safety, Medical & Sparring
- Doctor clearance: Required before any contact or competing.
- Amateur registration: NZ Boxing registration book required for amateurs.
- Headgear: Encouraged for all sparring; required for appropriate sessions.
- Progression to sparring: Coach sign-off only (technique + control standards).
- Injury policy: Tell the coach before class; we’ll modify your session.
Coaching, Support & What to Bring
- Coaches: Experienced team incl. strength & conditioning support.
- Nutrition: We work with a nutritionist as required (ask a coach).
- Gear: Wear trainers, bring water + towel. Gloves available for first-timers.
- Recommended personal kit: Hand wraps (all), mouthguard (sparring), headgear (sparring), skipping rope optional.
- Hygiene: Wipe down shared gear after use; bring your own wraps/mouthguard.

- Showers? No — we do not have showers.
- Changing/toilets? Yes.
- Parking & access: Nearby street/lot parking; arrive early at peak times.

- How to pay? Online or at the gym (card preferred). Weekly memberships are recurring.
- Pausing/cancelling: Email us before your next billing cycle.

Competitions & Pathways
- Corporate fights: Train via 201; coach will advise readiness and event options.
- Amateur pathway: Coach assessment → NZ Boxing registration → match-making → cornering on fight night.
- Pro pathway: By invitation. Speak directly with head coach.
